DocBook and introduction

I've made some major changes to the Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling 
page [1]. I added a fairly substantial clauses section, including 
punctuation involving clauses, reorganized the grammar section, and made 
a few other minor changes. If someone could give it a read-through and 
double-check my work, that would be great.
