httpd changes in 2.2

FYI I was going through your doc and in your httpd page (
http://doc.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/serverguide/C/httpd.html) I've noticed you
still have the +CompatEnvVars SSLOption on there which will make the program
fail. See http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/CHANGES_2.2 for the changes:

  *) mod_ssl: Drop support for the CompatEnvVars argument to
     SSLOptions, which was never actually implemented in 2.0.
