postfix saslauthd config for server installation

Just running through 7.04 lamp server install Feisty, think the docs might
need a subtitle tweak:

/etc/default/saslauthd:

PWDIR="/var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd"
PARAMS="-m ${PWDIR}"
PIDFILE="${PWDIR}/saslauthd.pid"

may actually be more like ->>

OPTIONS="-c -m /var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd"
