String Freeze

Kubuntu will be in string freeze by 23:59 UTC today :) I am awaiting a couple 
more patches for typos and such, and then a quick index for KHelpCenter. 
After those are finished I will generate the .pot files, and then create and 
upload the kubuntu-docs package.
