[Patch] ubuntu-restricted-extras

Hi guys,

I only found out about the new ubuntu-restricted-extras package for
Feisty yesterday. I thought that it might be quite useful to have the
existence of this package documented, so I'm attaching a patch (for
branches/feisty). It inserts a small new section into internet.xml.

Unfortunately, this introduces new strings. Could someone please review
the patch and include it if possible? If not I'll just merge it into
trunk if it looks OK.
