xubuntu docs...

for anyone who plans on working on xubuntu docs for the hardy release
i went ahead and created a wiki page for assignments (who's doing what
and how far along are they?, etc.)

also, the xubuntu docs still need some help as the conversion from
ubuntu docs to xubuntu still isn't 100% (at least from what i've
seen). there are some sections where more detail would be great. i'll
try to come up with a list of those soon so we have something to work
off of.
