I have an updated version of the same patch.  Bhuvaneswaran,
recommended some grammar corrections and adding the status="review"
attribute to the new section tags.  Should I go ahead and commit it?

I think this is a good idea.  I guess the only issue may be the added
overhead of more commands and procedures for each commit, but I think
the benefits would outweigh the cons.  Personally I like to have
someone look over my writing, just because what makes sense to me may
not be clear to others.

Thanks again Jonathan for reviewing my patch.  I apologize for any
confusion this has created.
