Xubuntu - switching > preparing to switch patch

Hi All,

I've just done some cleaning up on the Xubuntu "switching from windows"
section, specifically the "preparing.xml" file.  A patch is attached.  The
patch validates and looks ok in Yelp.

I noticed that Ubuntu docs no longer include the portion dealing with
hardware compatibility.  We will likely remove ours as well - I'm just
making an effort to clean things up for now.

If anyone has any suggestions / corrections, please let me know.  Thanks!
