I want to help translate

Hello.  I'm not a member of this team, someone gave me this email.

I want to help with translation.  I can only translate
english-to-spanish  and spanish-to-english.  I don't know how to program
or code, but I like Ubuntu very much, I use 7.10 right now.  Do I start
here?  Or do I have to go to the Launchpad website ?  I have an acct
there.
