vi or nano in tutorial?

Thanks a lot for your suggestions regarding the text editors (this
applies to all whom responded to my request). I have now modified the
tutorial so that I do not refer to vi anymore but use something like :
"open the file /opt/sample-app/index.php using sudo with your text
editor of choice"
I have also added in the Initial Setup section the following sentence:
"We also assume that you know how to use a text based text editor such
as nano or vi. If you have not used any of them before, you can get an
overview of the various text editors available by reading the
PowerUsersTextEditors page."
