Desktop Customization - Splash Screens

That's an excellent page, but I couldn't get to it just by doing to
help.ubuntu.com and following links (it seems it's the same as my built-in
docs). Only searching for "eye candy" led me to that page.

Would it be possible to make the page more easily accessible? Perhaps
include a link named "Eye candy" at the bottom of here:
