Hello,

Could some technical user please look at this
page<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AMD64/FirefoxAndPlugins?action=show&redirect=FirefoxAMD64FlashJava#head-2d178396b0564ddcd13f6914842e02ce32c61090>here
please, and see if they can fix things up? The reason I'm asking is
because one user today gave up on Ubuntu because we couldn't get Java
working. We tried pretty much every guide google and forums search gave us,
only in the end did we realise we had a 64 bit version of firefox, trying
install 32 bit java. We tried to install 32 bit firefox (as via
here<https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AMD64/FirefoxAndPlugins?action=show&redirect=FirefoxAMD64FlashJava#head-2d178396b0564ddcd13f6914842e02ce32c61090>),
but they're flawed from the start - the getfirefox site, I suspect gives 64
bit users a 64 bit version files by default. At least, he got a different
file then I did.

So if someone could take a look to sort the mess out, that's be great. I'm
afraid I know nothing about 64bit, so I'm no help here, otherwise I would
have myself.
