Status of Kubuntu, Edubuntu and Xubuntu docs

Kubuntu docs have been uploaded for a couple of weeks, and I have sent out 2 
emails to the translation list for this, and recently sent another email to 
the Rosetta admins to import/approve 5 pot files for translations and to 
remove 1 (sysdocs-index) which is no longer in the package. Hopefully before 
Gutsy is released, that will get taken care of.
