question on bugs filled by MPT

I'm sorry I didn't go through the docs looking for bugs until now. A 
combination of needing to use 7.04 for work, not having the time+skillz 
to set up a Gutsy VM, and an unfortunately-timed holiday.

I don't see any reason not to fix broken links. If they don't work for 
anyone, they won't help anyone, regardless of whether they're 
translated.

Bugs with paragraphs being in the wrong place (or unnecessary) should 
also be fixable without causing translation problems.
