Is the nature of these changes only "cosmetic" for the English version?

If so, wouldn't it be possible to allert the translators to modify in
the translate entry-box in Launchpad the relevant string (if there's a
typo in the English version the translated version don't get that typo
too), if there's a wrong information, like in the lsb output,
translators could always modify the information in the translated
string.

The patches could be applied to the SVN version but there would be no
need to upload new POs... it's a work-around, maybe it's not very
correct to do... but in this way English version would be correct and
all translations (maybe) too.

If the changes are "big" changes, somebody have to push the POs in the
import queue very fast! (I got 4 approved POs in the queue from the
18th...)
