I agree with both of you :)

I really appreciate Duncan's enthusiasm and support the wiki way -
just do it!.  I think it has already revitalized some things - thanks!

And I agree with Matt that it is important to be in contact with the
team that has been working on this for a long time, so the overall
effect is to improve things rather than add to the chaos.  The wiki
way is also to learn from the edits of others and evolve the process
as well as the content, and to stay engaged, knowing that others will
have different views.

I'm on vacation right now, so won't be saying a lot more right now,
but I appreciate you all and will catch up in a week or two!
