Documentation Survey

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of creating a questionnaire that we can use to gauge users'
opinions of the Ubuntu documentation. I think it would be useful to get
a feel for how and why people use the docs, what problems they
encounter, what they like about them and so on. I'd also like to get
some idea of what proportion of people use the system documentation and
the wiki and, for those that don't use one or both, why they don't use
them and what they use instead.

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on this idea. Also, does
anyone know of a good, free online survey site?
