packaging guide bugs

Hi all,

I've noticed a lot of bugs related to the packaging guide in the
ubuntu-docs product or ubuntu/ubuntu-docs source package on Launchpad.
Can we think of a way for these to be drawn to the attention of the
appropriate people working on the PG in the wiki?

Is it appropriate to have a new project, or use a different existing
project for these bugs?
