Wiki Update

Dear Doc Team,
    I would like to propose the creation of a new page on the wiki
titled "Installing Kubuntu".  There is an existing wiki titled
"Installing KDE", but this focuses primarily on adding KDE on top of an
existing Ubuntu installation.  The document I propose will be a
ground-up installation of Kubuntu from a live-CD, with screenshots to
show step by step how to perform an installation.  The guide is already
written, and is designed for someone with extremely little computer
knowledge.  I think it is sufficiently different from the existing
install guide to warrant its own section.  However, I wanted to clear
any objections before adding the page to the wiki.  Thanks!
