Hey Andrew,

 Here is a patch to fix bug 181099 ntd-simple no longer available as
package<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-doc/+bug/181099>.

I told you wrong when I said to edit generic/server/C/network-
applications.xml.  The actual file that needs editing is
generic/server/C/network-config.xml.  I didn't realize it, but the
network-applications.xml file isn't included in the
generic/server/C/server.xml.  The server.xml file sets the table of contents
for the server guide.

Could you create a new bzr bundle against that file?  Anyone know if
network-applications.xml is needed any longer?  Seems to me that all the
content from network-applications.xml has been dispersed into other files.

Other than that the patch look good.  Thanks for your work on this bug.
