Hello Phil,

I think that we could reasonably get away with the following minimal set

>      * sect, title

I have a question about the <command> and <programlisting> tags, do you
think we should replace them with <screen> and <userinput> or should they be
added to the list?  For myself when to use those tags in particular is the
most confusing part.  Mostly because they produce roughly the same output
and can be used pretty much interchangeably depending on how you interpret
them.

I'm not all  that familiar with which tags are used throughout the docs, but
the Server Guide currently uses <command>, <screen>, and <programlisting>.
Either way is cool with me.
