First, please include a Subject line when you send emails, I have added
one for you.

Can you please tell us what your HowTo is about?  It is likely that
there is already documentation for what you are writing about that you
can edit/update (in which case we will send you a link).  If your HowTo
is something completely new, we can help you create the page in the
appropriate place, but again, we need to know what it is about.
