Can't get to synaptic documentation

Hi,

I'm on page https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallingSoftware about
half-way down the page in a section "Synaptic - the more advanced method"
and find a link for Synaptic documentation:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SynapticHowto

When I follow the link I get an error:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /community/SynapticHowto on this server.
