Reinitialize the branches?

That's ok - to be honest we don't really use the distributed nature of
bzr... Given that we push to a single branch on Launchpad, pushing
shouldn't take long.

Having said that I've also been thinking about starting the history
again for the next release, given the size of our current branches.
Even though Launchpad will gradually get better and better support for
large branches, it's still a large download for anyone who wants the
history.
