Documenting unattended-upgrades

It's too late for a string freeze exception for this, as translators
would only have around a week to translate any new material.

However, in this instance there may be a way around it - if you can
simply move (or copy) the existing material from the Jeos section into
the Package Management section without changing it, then that wouldn't
add any strings and translators would be unaffected.

Let me know if you need help trying that.
