Localized documentation website build options

I would like to create a localized version of the official ubuntu
documentation webpages, so that we can host them in the website for
the Greek loco team. But I can't figure out what are the build options
so that I can produce the localized pages. I have only managed to
build it in english with "make -C ubuntu -f Makefile all". Any help
would be really great.
