String freeze exception request

Hi all,

I need to request a string freeze exception for Intrepid's Networking
section:

* References to "System -> Administration -> Network" need to be removed
because it's not there anymore.
* "Basic Procedure" should be removed, as network manager is the only way to
do some of this now.
* 3.1.2 and 3.4.1 need to be updated to reflect changes in the most recent
version of network manager.
* Troubleshooting needs some changes post latest network manager.

I do apologise for this but nm has changed and we came in for some flack
with 8.04 post last minute changes to nm. I can patch and push these by
tomorrow AM.
