{Discussion} Renaming or reallocating CategoryDevelopment

I'm not on the team, but I'm going to weigh in on this discussion.

I agree that CategoryDevelopment is confusing and could benefit from
being moved and/or renamed. It gets a bit more confusing if you delve
deeper. This category is a collection of pages that have something to
do with how to work on the wiki.

There are discussion pages for some of the pages in
CategoryDevelopment that didn't get included since they're already in
CategoryPageDiscussion. To find some of those, see [1].

There are pages that didn't get included because they are on
wiki.ubuntu.com and don't link directly to help.ubuntu.com. These
pages [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] are on wiki.ubuntu.com and show as
immutable pages. Some of them have outdated information (nonexistent
links or old comments) and some have information that's duplicated in
the pages in CategoryDevelopment on help.ubuntu.com.

And last but not least, there is a Russian page [8] that I was afraid
to edit and place in the category, not knowing if adding English to
the page would break it.

The Beginners Team is in the process of moving its pages to
wiki.ubuntu.com in their own section [9]. From what I can tell,
they're not finished yet, but they've been tagging their pages with,
"This page will soon be deprecated and moved to the team wiki," to let
people know about it.
