Realistically, what are the chances of the project as a whole moving to a
more structured approach - at least with the LTS? I'm thinking, bringing
forward the release cycle by a month to freeze applications; then dividing
the remaining time between documentation and then translation. All the while
marketing could be pushing on how to develop the new features and promote in
advance.

I know this is pie in the sky, but in honesty, there must be a way to make
the current system more organized.

This is probably worth pushing, especially as Carphone Warehouse's web books
use Ubuntu for mobile broadband.

Cheers,
