GUI for documentation, good or bad?

Hi all,
 I had put up a bug sometime back
https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-foundations/+bug/112172 which I
would like to have discussions of the wider community.

Do you see having a GUI would impair your workflows or you do you
think it would hasten contributions quite a bit?

Please feel free to add your suggestions, comments either here on the
bug thread.
