I don't know if there's a way to pull up a personal history, but this
page shows all changes by any user:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RecentChanges?max_days=30

For the max_days part of that link, you can choose 1, 2, 3, 7, 14,
60, or 90 instead of 30.
