New Wiki page

I have no idea about such things.   It looks essentially the same to me with 
Firefox and Konqueror (the default web browser in Kubuntu) on both Dapper and 
Intrepid.  Fundamentally the new scheme is very Ubuntu centric in it's color 
choices and looks awful in the Kubuntu scheme.  AFAIK I am using the normal 
Kubuntu scheme, whatever that is in wiki terms.

"I sent out mail" does not relieve you of understanding the impacts of your 
changes.

Having Ubuntu brown all over wiki.kubuntu.org is not terribly thoughtful.
