front page for help.ubuntu.com

I started making...well...something at:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Home/PageDiscussion/Draft

But, a couple of things while working on this:

I was just noticing something regarding the "switching guides".

On the Home page for the community docs, we have:

  * [[SwitchingToUbuntu/FromWindows|Switching from Windows]]
  * [[SwitchingToUbuntu/FromMacOSX|Switching from Mac OS X]]
  * [[SwitchingToUbuntu/FromLinux|Switching from another Linux
distribution]]

Do we want to remove the article "SwitchingToUbuntu/FromWindows" and set
it up as a redirect to the guide instead?

Do we have official guides for switching from Mac or Linux?

Until I hear otherwise, I've left the Mac and Linux ones in, but replaced
the Windows one.

Also, do we want to redirect:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes

The same is true of the Server Guides.

Note: Unless there is a way to set up a macro, these redirects would have
to be modified with each new version. That is the only flaw that I can
see.

Finally, for everyone else, we probably want to consider cleaning up:
