Encrypted Filesystem Wiki Cleanup

Hey all,

For those who have been around almost as long as mdke, I am rolling up my
sleeves again for a minor wiki clean-up..
I am only currently concerned with the Encrypted Filesystem set of pages and
I have found them to be quite frustrating in their current setup.

I will make another post when I have finished with my cleanup/additions to
the setup of the pages as I strongly feel this is a weak area on the Wiki
that needs to be cleaned up for a polished distro such as Ubuntu..
