I'm not sure how I feel about that. Rating systems are subjective, so
the ratings would be in the eye of the beholder. I would think the
most important points to cover are whether a piece of hardware:
* Works without any intervention.
* Works with minor intervention.
* Works with a lot of intervention.
* Doesn't work at all.

I would hope that avoiding the last two items on the above list would
be high praise for any vendor. (:

Yep, and the old parts shouldn't be removed from the database since
there are people who use older machines, and it would be nice to have
the information available.

Browsing and searching a MySQL database could be made quick and easy
with PHP, and I have a feeling it would be easier to maintain than
the wiki entries.
