It's up to you if you want to change anything or not, just consider it
feedback on the overall presentation.

Ah, I had overlooked that. Perhaps it would be appropriate to explain what
information is to be found in the release notes?
e.g., "Before installing or upgrading to Ubuntu 9.04, please review the
instructions and caveats in the release notes:"
