categorycleanup is pretty cleaned up

Most of the articles that were in categorycleanup have been moved to
tags, only four remain.

These two reference the category, "categorycleanup" so I think they can
be removed or edited as soon as the other two are taken care of.

These two specifically ask not to edit them because they are being
merged into the Ubuntu Server Guide. Does anyone know what the progress
on that is?
