Hello Everyone,
starcraft.man here, a new subscriber. I'm a bit
of an old time member from the Ubuntu Forums. Now I'm getting into the
beginners team under bodhi.zazen and signed up for wiki focus group with
Rocket2DMn. I've written some guides/documentation in my time, nothing
official on the wikis, just on the forums for users. Sometimes lengthy ones
in response to questions but didn't keep track over the years, apart from my
big install guide (see my wiki.ubuntu page below). Still reading up on
documentation that was linked to for the beginners but I should be up to
speed soon and finding some easy task I can complete as I get the hang of
it. I hang around on IRC as starcraft or starcraftman, mostly in the
#ubuntu-beginners and #ubuntu-folding channels on Freenode. Guess I'll start
frequenting #ubuntu-doc too but seems to be a bit quiet.
About me, I live in Quebec, Canada and I'm a full time student at Uni,
Software Engineering. I'll probably be a little busy, but I'll still have
time for Linux, especially now that I pretty much quit gaming. Yes, even
Starcraft sadly... When I'm finished my studies I'll make up for it somehow!
I'm bilingual, English and French, but I much prefer English. Been working
with computers for many years before I became a Linux user when I made the
move to Ubuntu around Edgy. Been a happy user ever since, though I still use
Windows every once and a while out of necessity. Not much else to say, look
forward to getting to know you all and pitching in as I can.

I'm not actually that grumpy looking in real life :p
