Installing programs with migration-assistant

I've proposed a new blueprint for the migration assistant, to install 
programs in Ubuntu that the assistant finds in Windows:

This isn't strictly a documentation issue, but part of its rationale is 
to let users know the Linux equivalents of their favourite programs. 
Since that's something the doc team has some interest in, I thought I'd 
point it out and get any comments you guys have.
