The ubuntu-doc name

I have thought about why so many random bugs are reported against us a
lot.  I have asked a lot of people who have done it and none have ever
responded with a concrete reason and certainly not that its in the
name.

If we had evidence to suggest this then there'd be an argument to
change it but the amount of work entailed and the knock on effects in
making such a change would make me very, very reluctant to see that
happen.
