newtoubuntu docs and improving answering questions

I frequently answer questions on launchpad and I can confirm the above
also. I would more than likely google a question and post a link to
answer the question. I think investigating FAQs would be a good
exercise. A lot of the time I link to help.ubuntu.com which essentially
is ubuntu docs its just its hard to say go to help and support and look
at this page.

It would be good to look at the FAQ on lanuchpad and see what isnt in
the ubuntu docs.

On answering questions maybe page numbering in the help and support on
ubuntu and have a go to page thing. So then when I am answering the
question I can say go to page 30 etc.
