Patch for internet/C/connecting.xml

Hi All,

I am looking to contribute to the Ubuntu documentation so I dove into
the deep end and have made a small patch where I noticed a couple of
issues in the Jaunty branch. Please let me know if this is any good or
not. There is still a problem with this page (<xref linkend="modem"/>)
that goes nowhere but I did not know what it was linking to so I could
not fix it. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Glen.
