Launchpad group changes

Just to clarify, I don't think it's been suggested that we will be
accepting bugs under these projects (and in any event, umbrella groups
can't accept bugs) - the current policy is for bugs to be filed on the
Ubuntu packages under the Ubuntu project, and I hadn't proposed to
change that back, as we've only just moved to that policy!

Anyway, there seem to be no objections of principle to the naming
scheme, so I'll go ahead and implement that asap.
