Hi

I hope this is the correct platform to post this.????

I have a problem ....I have been searching the web for weeks now looking
for a possible solution.....

The problem.....

We have around 5000 windows pc's and the centralize user management
software is Novell and mail is Groupwise.
I have made the suggstion that we should use Ubuntu...as our desktop
OS...This is going to replace Windows. Now I have a problem with the
password sync between Evolution (Ubuntu Desktop) and EDirectory (NDS) or
Novell....

Like I have mentioned...I have been reading posts on the web for
two-weeks now and no real answer to the problem? Mapping drives ext. is
not a problem he authentication is not the problem it is when the user
needs to change it's password on Novell or when he needs to recieve a
notification about the password expiry date.

If any one can help me......

Thanks
