Two pages on Grub2

Hi,

I've just noticed that we now have two pages on Grub2 - one on the
team wiki and one on the documentation wiki.

Anyone who knows a bit about Grub want to have a go at merging them?
(The documentation wiki is the correct place but a redirect should
probably be left at the team wiki as described at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CategoryDocumentation.)
