The What is Xubuntu? page

Hey there,

Today someone in IRC asked what, exactly, Xubuntu is, mentioning that
there's no definitive answer to be found on the Xubuntu page.
Interestingly enough, when you go to the What is Xubuntu? page[1],
there's no mention of XFCE. I would think that should be a highlight,
shouldn't it?
