As I understand it gnome-app-install will be deprecated in Karmic, and
replaced by https://launchpad.net/software-store. I think we should
see what happens with that before working on this.

(I also think that for simplicity of maintenance we should use the
existing add-applications document as the basis for documentation
about whichever application is finally adopted in Karmic. That will
certainly need some work if software-store is introduced).
