empathy documentation

Hi,

Currently the empathy documentation doesn't work in yelp (URI:
ghelp:empathy) either from empathy itself or from our links to it. Bug
429978 [0] has been filed about this, it looks like a packaging problem
to me. Should we just assume this will be fixed (there's no developer
response so far) or do we need to prepare to change our docs (e.g. to
point the link to [1])?
