What are we doing wrong?

There is an absolutely wonderful visual interface application
developed by Novell for initial login(and possibly every login). It's
sole purpose is displaying access to mailinglist, end-user support
resouces and access to the community forums.

I think that it would be a great addition to Ubuntu. Present the end-
user with immediate access to what they will be attempting to find
anyways. I have utilized it before during my DOD projects. And am
currently making a version for my Ubuntu Christian distribution. I
will code a new version for our use and present it soon.

Cheers
Thomas
