What are we doing wrong?

I never used or did not know that Yelp did even exist, before these post...

I will say one thing, it is ugly... but some what useful...

The Yelp need to be made to look a bit prettier... I know you all will say,
what for... but it works...

There are no diagrams, no images, (normal) people get bored and tired to
read text upon text... A bit of icons here and there... Dialogue boxes...
Some dummy step by step guide *visual*, can spice things up...

Example: Assistive Technologies do have a neat icon in the menu, but it is
not to be seen in the help...

And I believe this is not that much effort given the current text...
